if someone wanted to try to do one of these water fuel cars, what would be the best way to go about it?

i have a car i want to try this on, a project to tinker around on you know. but how do you keep the water from freezing in winter months?

Water Inlet hoses on washing maching?

I am trying to disconnect my washer and wondering how to go about disconnecting the hoses from the two water faucets. Do you need a special type of wrench? I have turned the faucets to the off postion and disconnected the power.

Can a flex fuel vehicle run on pure ethanol?

Or, should I say 160-180 proof ethanol that comes from a still.
Efectivly replacing the gasoline of E85 with water. I can make anhydrous ethanol, but would rather eliminate the dehydrating step.
